All materials, physical and digital, created in class, remain the property of Wizbots.
Consent for Kids to use Wizbots.com
By adding family members to the system I grant consent for that family member to use the site and log into the account created for them.
Media Release
Photos and video taken during class may be used in Wizbots promotional materials including brochures, flyers, print ads and websites.
Students will not be identified by name on any promotional materials or photos unless permission has been granted by the parent/guardian.
Privacy Policy
Member account information will not be disclosed to 3rd parties.
Mimimum Age to Create an Account
You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account at Wizbots.com.
Discipline Policy
This program grants a lot of freedom to kids and we require responsible behavior. To ensure a high quality classroom experience for all participants, we reserve the right to refuse service if a child is a disruption in class.
Cancellation Policy
Programs may be canceled by Wizbots if a minimum enrollment has not been achieved. In the event a program is cancelled, all enrollment fees will be returned. If a family wishes to cancel an enrollment before a program begins, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged, and the remaining fees returned. If a family wishes to cancel a program after it has started, a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining days will be charged, and the fees for the remaining days returned. We are sorry, but there are no refunds given for Summer Camps within 3 weeks of the start of a camp.
Changes in Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at any time. If the terms of service are changed, continued use of the service will imply agreement with the revisions.
